BOSS’s new Waza-Air Wireless Personal Guitar Amplification System is a wearable, over-ear sound system for guitarists. Waza-Air’s advanced ambience setup allows users to listen as if they are in different environments: studio, stage, or natural spatial localization, where the combined amp and room sound continually changes depending on where the user moves their head. Waza-Air also features five amp tones, over 50 effect types, six onboard memories, built-in Bluetooth, and auto standby and wake functions to conserve battery life.
The pedalboard-friendly WL-60 is a perfect fit for serious stage performers, combining great tone and ultra-low latency performance with easy visual setup. The receiver features a large display and automatic 14-channel scanning that makes operation quick and efficient, while the rugged bodypack receiver offers best-in-class runtime and compatibility with nearly any electric instrument. Users can enjoy extra-long runtime of up to 25 hours with two AA batteries. Two cable tone simulation options are available and a standard input jack can connect a traditional guitar cable when needed. With adaptor power, the receiver’s DC output can distribute power to one or more pedals.
The Boss Tu-03 clip-on chromatic tuner and metronome provides two essential tools in one device. The tuner allows users to switch between chromatic mode and dedicated guitar, bass, ukulele, and violin modes. Flat and double-flat tunings are also supported. Reference pitch is adjustable from 430-450 Hz and can be sounded through a built-in speaker. In metronome mode, TU-03 becomes an important practice tool, allowing instrumentalists to both hear and see the beat. It provides eight different patterns and 10 beat variations. Tempo is adjustable from 30 bpm to 250 bpm.
