IM -NBCUniversal (NBCU) and American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada (AFM) are jointly requesting information, pursuant to a settlement agreement in the above-referenced civil action, pertaining to incomplete tracks used in one of the following programs from March 1, 2020 through October 1, 2024 (“Claim Period”): The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Saturday Night Live, Today Show, and The Kelly Clarkson Show, in order to ensure proper payment for such use pursuant to the Television Videotape Agreement (TVA).
If you believe your performance on an original recording was contained on an incomplete track used in one of these programs during the Claim Period, and you did not receive payment for such use pursuant to the TVA, please submit this claim form by regular mail which must be postmarked no later than January 30, 2025, to each of the following:
